For a small press to have its printer and its distributor together under one (or two adjoining) roofs, is a great thing. The direct-to-customer portal is a perfect option if you can’t do D-T-C yourself. And, an accessible and reliable staff is a great asset in an age when we don’t always have the luxury of a consistent service experience.
